RN Mres Androwes of Broughton sent to me againe the 13 of decēb. die ☿ h. 9. 30 ant m. her former phisick I gave her wrought well w^th her. 1598. it cometh out of her mouth in great abundanc leeke cleare hot water.

RN Sara Cage 18 yeres of \on/ Easter bleedeth mutch & is troubled in her head. dwelleth at Newport w^th on Thomas Ashpoole a shoomaker. his servant ever since Miklemas the 26 of feb. die ☾ h. 7. 19 ant m. 1599.

RN Agnes Astill: otherwise Miller of Newport 40. yees {sic} old miserablely handled in her lims & ded poer & lowe brought. sent her this 26 feb: die ☾. h. 9. 15. mi. 1599. burneth & is full of blisters & itches.
